A consultation will allow us to assess your individual needs and preferences though this does not bind you to our services. Recommendations, together with a detailed proposal and suggested budget will then be provided. On acceptance, we will work closely with you to plan and co-ordinate your special event. Our continuous liaison with the venue and all selected suppliers guarantees your peace of mind. Should certain budget restraints apply to your wedding, or if you simply wish to draw on our contact base and expertise, a once-off consultation can be booked with us. Here, we will try to cover all aspects of your wedding and share our ideas and offer advice. Upon request, we will put you in touch with the best service providers for your needs. Wedding Flair
Wedding Flair is a small coordination company based in Hillcrest, Kwa-zulu Natal. We provide all services from a full wedding coordination service to sourcing only your suppliers. (All suppliers / services that you haven't had the time to source yourself!) We specialise in the coordination of weddings across South Africa as well as Bali, Indonesia. No wedding is too big or too small for us. We have planned small, intimate weddings for 20 guests as well as large weddings of 250 guests. We pride ourselves in fast and efficient service, responding to emails as soon as possible. We know that bridal couples are most often pushed for time and we don’t want to make them wait any longer than they have to. Wedding Flair also has a Wedding Supplier Directory on our website, allowing you to shop around for your own suppliers, if your budget doesn’t allow for a wedding coordinator. At Wedding Flair, we shop around for all of the services that you require, obtaining the best possible prices for the best quality of service. We don’t keep any discounted prices offered to us (being wedding coordinators, we are given large discounts from suppliers that individuals wouldn’t normally be offered), and instead provide you with all of the quotations to make the final decision on.
