You may have met the MARRIAGE MEANDER team at exhibitions, heard about it from a friend who has been on one of the Marriage Meander Journeys held during 2002-2010, or come across one of our handy Collection of Books whilst visiting the wedding venues across Gauteng or KZN. The Marriage Meander Journey is especially designed for brides-to-be, and we would like to give you a taste of what you can look forward to by spending the day with us.

It is an early and often chilly Saturday morning start, with registration for the Marriage Meander taking place at 08h00 at the first of our venues/bridal studios! Guests are warmly received with coffee, tea, champagne, orange juice and a breakfast buffet laid on by the hosting venue. Guests are given a large white Meander bag in which to place all their goodies they will collect throughout the day together with a copy of The Marriage Meander Collection of Books, the first gift of the day.
The tour of the venue then commences. Having the liberty to see what services or facilities the venue/bridal studio has to offer, one can see the brides-to-be dreaming up their wedding day!
What follows are short presentations by professional wedding specialists, together with a display of their products/ services. The wedding specialists have been specially selected and will share with you a wealth of information to ensure that your wedding is a success. Guests are encouraged to interact with the hosting venue's team of coordinators or wedding specialists before boarding the coach to the next venue/bridal studio.
The day continues in a similar fashion, visiting other chosen venues or bridal studios and sadly comes to an end at approximately 17h00. Guests depart with ideas, gifts to the value of R700.00, the opportunity to have shared in R25 000 worth of prizes, and very full tummies from all the treats and excellent cuisine sampled throughout the day.

2010 MARRIAGE MEANDER DATES
Our Meander Journeys have sadly come to an end for this year with the final ones having been held in Muldersdrift on the 7th August and Natal in Tala Valley on 4th September. You can now look forward to two Marriage Maze Workshops where you have the opportunity to wine and dine at our select venues whilst gathering invaluable ideas and advice in an interactive session of wedding planning bliss!
The Marriage Maze Workshops are interactive wedding planning sessions in a relaxed and informal environment where host Nici Bailes shares wedding planning tips and advice in the comfort of select wedding venues with professional wedding suppliers displaying and discussing their services and products. Either in the form of a luncheon or dinner, the venue provides delicious cuisine and we discuss your wedding plans between courses, enjoying fabulous wines and sharing our knowledge of the industry with you as you embark on your wedding planning Journey. It is all about Making Sense of the Marriage Maze. For bookings, please contact Stella at info@marriagemeander.co.za. Bring your fiance, friends and family and turn this into an event where everyone can be involved in the plans and get to ask and interact with the professionals - your own wedding planning event.
